Preise:
Die Preise verstehen sich pro Woche für die angegebenen Personen. Im Preis sind folgende Leistungen enthalten: Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Endreinigung.
Ortstaxe:
In allen Südtiroler Beherbergungsbetrieben wird eine Gemeinde-Aufenthaltsabgabe (Ortstaxe) eingehoben.
Die Höhe des Betrages ist € 1,45 pro Person und Tag und wird separat verrechnet. Die Ortstaxe wird bei Abreise fällig und wird in der Zahlungsbestätigung extra angeführt. Kinder unter 14 Jahren sind von der Ortstaxe befreit.
Zahlungsbedingungen: Barzahlung, Banküberweisung oder Scheck.
Reservierungsbedingungen:
Für die Reservierung bitten wir Sie ein Angeld in der Höhe von 30% des Gesamtbetrages zu leisten. Das Angeld wird bei Absage, verspäteter Ankunft oder vorzeitiger Abreise seitens des Gastes nicht rückerstattet.
Buchungsbestätigung:
Die Reservierung ist bei Erhalt des gewünschten Angeldes und bei Übermittlung der Reservierungsbestätigung bindend.
An- und Abreise:
Die Apartments sind am Anreisetag ab 13.00 Uhr bezugsfertig. Am Abreisetag ersuchen wir Sie, die Apartments bis
10.00 Uhr frei zu geben. Falls Sie später als 19.00 Uhr anreisen, bitten wir um kurze Nachricht.

I prezzi si intendono a settimana per le persone indicate. Nel prezzo sono compresi i seguenti servizi: biancheria, asciugamani e pulizia finale.
Tassa di soggiorno:
In tutte le strutture ricettive dell’Alto Adige viene addebitata un’imposta di soggiorno. L’aliquota è di Euro 1,45 per persona al giorno e viene riscossa separatamente. L’imposta di soggiorno viene pagata al momento della partenza ed è riportata nella ricevuta del soggiorno in struttura, con una voce a sé stante. Bambini sotto i 14 anni sono esenti dalla tassa di soggiorno.
Condizioni di pagamento: contanti, bonifico bancario o assegno bancario
Modalità di prenotazione:
Per la prenotazione Le chiediamo di versare una caparra confirmatoria pari a 30% dell’importo totale. La caparra non viene restituita nel caso di disdetta, arrivo posticipato o partenza anticipata da parte dell’ospite.
Conferma di prenotazione:
La prenotazione è definitiva non appena ottenuta la caparra confirmatoria ed invio della conferma di prenotazione.
Arrivo e partenza:
Gli appartamenti sono a Vostra disposizione dalle ore 13.00 del giorno di arrivo. Nel giorno di partenza Le chiediamo di liberare l’appartamento entro le ore 10.00. La preghiamo di avvisarci se arrivano dopo le ore 19.00.

Local tax:
A local tax has been introduced in South Tyrol. The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest
and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is € 1,45 per person and day. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age
are exempt from taxation. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately in your invoice.
Conditions of payment: Cash or cheque.
Confirmation of the reservation:
Please note that for the reservation we ask you to make a down payment allowances equivalent to 30% of the total price
of your stay. The down payment won’t be refunded in the case of a cancellation, a delayed arrival or an anticipated departure on the part of the guest.
Booking conditions:
Your booking is considered valid when your deposit has been received and at the moment of the transmission of the definitive confirmation.
Check-in- & Check-out:
On the arrival day the apartments are available from 01.00 p.m. On the departure day the apartments must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. In case you will check-in after 7.00 p.m. please leave us a short message.
